How does Last Here know I've been somewhere before?
It reads the date and location already stored in the photos in your library and matches them to where you're standing. Everything happens on your iPhone.
Are my photos or location uploaded?
No. Last Here has no account, no server, no analytics and no third-party SDKs. Your photos and location never leave your device.
Does it track my location in the background?
No. Location is used only while the app is open, to search your own photos.
Why can't it find some of my old photos?
Only photos that contain location information can become a memory. If you granted limited photo access, Last Here can only see the photos you selected.

Yes. Last Here is free, with no subscriptions and no ads.
